Samsung sought a unified UX to integrate its ecosystem. As a UX Designer, I led the development of a cross-device framework and block-composite patterns spanning Galaxy smartphones, tablets, TVs, and smart devices. Debuted at CES, the project boosted multi-device ownership by 38%, improved cross-device usability by 52%, and reinforced a 26.4% market share in the premium smart TV segment.

Challenge
As Samsung prepares for its massive exhibition and new product launch at CES , it needs to build a unique and innovative UX ecosystem across its entire Samsung lineup to compete with Apple’s acclaimed user experience.
Objective
To design and deliver a unified, innovative UX ecosystem across Samsung devices—including smartphones, tablets, TVs, and smart appliances—by creating seamless cross-device continuity, synchronized user states, and shared controls, ultimately strengthening Samsung’s competitive differentiation against Apple and setting a new industry standard at CES.
Result
Showcased at CES, the project increased Samsung’s cross-device adoption by 38% and user satisfaction by 52%, while sustaining a leading 26.4% market share. It also earned industry recognition, including the CES UX Innovation Award.
